Larry Milner, CAE, President, Global Strategy Consultants
An expert in organizational management, policy advocacy, democratization, and strategic planning
A long-time chamber of commerce, association, and business executive before starting Global Strategy Consultants in 1995, Milner was President and Chief Executive Officer, Texas Chamber of Commerce (1989-1994).  He served as President of the Texas Economic Development Council.  He also served as Vice President of Communication and Public Affairs for Southwestern Public Service Company, an electric utility.  He has a BA from the University of Texas (1967) and an MA from Texas State University (1995).

An expert in volunteerism, Suzanne Milner was Assistant Volunteer Coordinator for the Lyndon B. Johnson Presidential Library and Museum from 1994 to 1998.
